I'm Dr. Kayla Ritter Rickels (she/her). I'm an educator, leader, activist, world traveler, and life-long learner. I am deeply committed to playing my part in creating a more equitable world and centering the voices and experiences of the marginalized and minoritized in that work. I'm an integrator of strategy and enabler of equitable impact.
